EzFax2Email is the evolution in fax management.
The solution has been continuously enhanced to provide
more options to customer in delivering faxes safely and
securely to the various locations. The solution is cost
saving in terms of paper and toner saved and does not
compromise security as the faxes are delivered to intended
recipients and can only be accessed by authorized person.

Fax to Email
- Forward incoming fax to email account.
- Support up to 50 Email Routing.
- Support multiple email recipients.
- Email body has been enhanced to show more data such
as No. of pages, Printer model (receiving MFP), Printer
serial number.
Fax to FTP Server
- Forward and save incoming fax to FTP server.
- FTP log file has been enhanced to show more data such
as No. of pages, Printer model (receiving MFP), Printer
serial number
- Retry function for failed FTP routing jobs. A maximum
of 3 retries is provided.
Fax to Shared Folder
- Is a new routing method that allows the system to forward
and save incoming fax to a shared folder path of a host
PC.
- Shared to Folder log file is provided.
Others
- Option for File Type can be PDF format or TIF format
for incoming fax.
- Support for Outgoing Fax - records the outgoing fax
information sent out from the MFP.
- A Fax Log Page has been provided to track Received Fax
and Outgoing Fax.
- Receive Fax log can be exported to CSV file.
- Re-process jobs function is provided; a fax received
may be re-processed or re-sent to Email, FTP and Shared
Folder.
- Storage order option for fax received - Option to sort/arrange
the fax received in the FTP server or shared folder. The
fax can be stored in the ff: order Originating Fax number,
Local Fax number folder.
- Hard disk management & System clean-up - Allows
to configure MFP hard disk space to be allocated for Ezfax2email.
It also shows MFP hard disk space information. If the
allocated size exceeds the Size reserved for EzFax2Email,
system will start cleaning the 100 oldest jobs in the
job lists.
- Purge function is provided. It will remove all non-processing
jobs from the system and will free/clear up hard disk
space claimed by EzFax2email.
- Auto-deletion of stored fax jobs on non-claimed hard
disk space on MFP is also provided.
- Installed directly on the MFP
- Easily configured on MFP¡¯s Embedded Web Server.
